| 摘 要： | 劳务派遣作为一种非典型就业形式,在我国的使用非常广泛。《劳动合同法》为其做出了相关规定,可是仍存在不少问题。文章从保护被派遣劳动者权利的角度出发,在分析劳务派遣法律关系的基础上,深入探讨了雇主责任分配、被派遣劳动者劳动条件保障制度与解雇保护制度。
