Resource-based Strategy Implementation Risk Formation Mechanism Research

The implementation of the strategy is inseparable from the support of strategic resources.In the process of the implementation of the strategy,strategic resources and strategic implementation requirements do not match,uneven or the change of environment may cause the damages on the resources value,and this is the internal mechanism of strategy implementation risk occurrence.On the basis of the analysis of the resources’ capacity,value and competitive advantage,this paper discussed the inherent mechanism of strategic implementation risk caused by resource gap and depreciation.
