物流企业质押监管业务中的风险类型及其防范

质押监管业务作为一项新型的物流增值服务,近些年在我国得到了迅速发展。但由于质押监管业务在理论研究和实践上还不成熟,同时,其业务涉及到法律、信息安全和管理体制等一系列问题,导致物流企业在质押物选择、市场、管理、操作和出质企业资信等诸多方面面临着较大的风险。文章认为,物流企业应通过慎选质押物、加强市场信息搜集与整理、强化内部管理、规范操作流程以及严格审核出质企业资信等措施降低和减少风险。

On the Types of the Risk in Impawning Supervision of Logistics Enterprise and the Prevention Ways

As a new type of logistics value-added service,impawning supervision business is expanding rapidly in China with its advantage in promoting all-win solution among logistics enterprises,banks and financing enterprises.However,due to immaturity in both theory and practice as well as problems in related law,information safety and management system,the logistics enterprises are facing high risks in choice of pledge,marketing,management and credit of financing enterprises.Therefore,logistics enterprises should take such measures to avoid and reduce risks as choosing pledge cautiously,strengthening information collection,enhancing internal management,regulating operational process and auditing investment enterprise strictly.
