土地征用、土地流转与农民利益——基于广州市江高镇大田村的调查

随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,土地征用和土地流转的规模将不断扩大,保护农民利益显得更加重要和紧迫。文章基于广州市江高镇大田村的调查,介绍了大田村的土地征用和土地流转情况,总结了大田村土地征用和土地流转过程中保护农民利益的主要经验和做法,阐述了该村土地征用和土地流转过程中损害农民利益的表现。根据大田村的经验和启示,文章提出了土地征用和土地流转过程中保护农民利益的政策建议。

Land Acquisition, Land Flow and Farmers' Benefit-Based on the Investigation of Datian Village

Along with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the requisitioning and flowing land will unceasingly expand.Therefore,to protect farmers＇ benefit is important and urgent.Based on the investigation of Datian village of Jianggao town in Guangzhou,this paper introduced the situation of land acquisition and flow,summarized the main experience and practice to protect farmers＇ benefit,elaborated the defect to harm farmers＇ benefit.According to the experience and the enlightenment of Datian village,this paper proposed some policy suggestion to protect farmers＇ benefit in the process of land acquisition and flow.
