摘    要:随着经济全球化的不断深化,跨国并购成为企业实施国际化战略的重要途径。中国企业跨国并购能否取得成功,企业文化的整合是重中之重。企业并购后的文化整合,要进一步认识跨国并购文化整合的重要性,全面分析跨国并购的文化差异与冲突,采取切实有效的文化整合策略。

Abstract:With the deepening of the Economic globalization, the overseas Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A) becomes a important way to implement the international strategies. It is vital for a successful transnational M&A to integrate cross-cultural differences effectively. This paper tells us the importance of culture integration in the transnational M&A, then takes a thorough analysis of the cultural differences and clash, at last give the effective strategies of culture integration.
