公共就业服务的多元供给与治理模式

摘    要:多元供给与治理,是现代公共就业服务的重要理念和发展趋势。完善我国的公共就业服务体系,就要致力于培植多元化的公共就业服务供给主体,构建科学的公共就业服务的多元供给与治理架构。在公共就业服务的多元供给与治理架构中,政府发挥主导作用,各种社会组织共同参与,形成有机统一和职能互补的网络;同时,要通过建立市场竞争机制和监管机制,完善外部治理环境,促进公共就业服务的最佳供给和服务资源的有效配置。

Abstract:Multiple supply and governance are becoming important concepts and tendency in public employment service. In order to perfect public employment service, it is necessary to cultivate multiple supply units and to establish multiple public employment service network in which government leads and social organizations positively participate, different organizations unite and complement in function; in addition, competition mechanism and supervision mechanism should be established and exterior governance environment should be consummated in order to guarantee the best supplies of public employment service and effective service resources allocation.
