构建浙江省“四位一体”贸易预警机制跨越国外贸易壁垒

受欧美债务危机的影响,世界经济增长缓慢,贸易保护主义盛行。浙江是我国的外贸出口大省,也是遭遇贸易摩擦最多的省份之一,因此建立和完善对外贸易摩擦预警机制就显得尤为重要。通过构建"四位一体"的贸易摩擦预警机制,企业、行业协会、政府和专业技术机构共同努力,建立服务网络,给企业提供相关培训,调整出口方向等,发挥各自的作用,帮助企业度过难关,积极跨越国外贸易壁垒。

On the Construction of “Four in One” Trade Pre-caution System and Breakthrough the Trade Blocks

Affecting by the European and American debt crisis,the world economy suffered a slow growth with trade protectionism.Zhejiang is one of foreign trade export province in China,it often has to deal with trade friction.Therefore,we need to establish a foreign trade friction pre-caution system.Through establishing "Four in One" trade pre-caution system,the enterprise,industry associations,government and professional technical institutions should work together to build up a service network,provide the relevant training to the enterprise,adjust the export direction and so on,so as to promote the development of foreign trade in China.
