| 摘 要： | 文章采用56家房地产上市公司2007年股票市场的数据，定量的分析了房地产业的规模经济效应，并应用数据包络分析法对我国房地产企业的规模经济效应进行评估。结果显示，我国房地产企业存在规模不经济现象。

| Abstract: | Based on the stock market data of 56 real estate enterprises in 2007,this paper quantitatively analyzed the economies of scale in real estate;and then made assessment on real estate enterprises by Data Envelopment Analysis.The results show that real estate enterprises in China are in big scale but their economic revenue is low. |
