摘    要:企业文化是企业最为重要的软实力,具有丰富的精神内涵。尽管每个企业家都有自己的个性特质,但也存在一些共同点。企业家与企业文化具有内在统一性:企业文化是企业家的人格化,企业家的品质、才华和胆识决定着企业文化的性质和风格,影响着企业文化的个性和发展;企业家是企业文化的缔造者,没有优秀的企业家就不可能创造出优秀的企业文化。在企业文化的塑造、发展、传承和变革的动态过程中,企业家扮演着设计师、倡导者、实践者、变革者等重要角色。

Abstract:The corporate culture is the most important soft-power for enterprise, which contains rich energetic connotation. Although each entrepreneur has their own individuality, they still have something in common. The entrepreneur and the corporate culture has the intrinsic unity: the corporate culture is entrepreneur's personification, entrepreneur's quality, talent and courage and wisdom decided corporate culture's nature and style, which are affecting the corporate culture's individuality and development; The entrepreneur is the corporate culture founder, without outstanding entrepreneur the outstanding corporate culture can't be created. In corporate culture's dynamic process of mold, development, inheritance and transformation, the entrepreneur is acting as the designer, the initiator, the practitioner, the transformation and so on.
