| 摘 要： | 全面系统的应用工业工程是企业实现信息化和实施信息资源管理的基础，而我国企业基础管理的规范化、管理数据的准确性和完整性已成为工业化与信息化融合的最大障碍，实现工业化与信息化融合的关键是导入工业工程技术。文章指出，实现工业化与信息化融合的技术路径就是全面系统的应用工业工程技术规范企业的管理流程、标准化其作业操作，为实现信息化奠定管理基础，最终实现工业化与信息化的融合。
