| 摘 要： | 文章从企业利益相关者关系协调、企业与自然环境关系协调、企业与社会关系协调等方面进行了理论分析，并实证探讨了企业社会责任与县域社会和谐之间的关联关系，验证了理论假设，结果表明县域企业社会责任建设有利于促进县域经济社会的和谐。

| Abstract: | Relationship of corporate social responsibility and harmony in counties is analyzed and empirical verified in this paper from the following coordination： the relationship among business stakeholders, enterprises and the natural environment, enterprises and society. It is shown that strengthening CSR helps to promote the harmony of a county＇s economic and social development. |
