| 摘 要： | 文章主要阐述了我国城市化过程中土地资源利用、管理中存在的问题，并究其根源，对症下药，提出了建立土地利用听证制度、完善土地立法、以科学技术为指导开发土地资源的对策，协调好经济发展和社会发展之间的关系，从而实现在城市化过程中走可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the problems in the utilization of land resource and its management in the process of urbanization in China.By analyzing these problems,suggestions on how to establish the supervision system of land utilization,perfect the land legislation,develop the land resource scientifically and adjust the relationship between economic growth and social development are put forward for the sustainable development of urbanization. |
