| 摘 要： | 当前，国际金融危机成为世界关注的焦点。房地产业作为国民经济支柱产业之一，也受到了巨大的影响。文章运用战略管理相关理论，对近期成都房地产市场环境的变化进行综合分析，并提出相应的房地产行业的战略变革模式。

| Abstract: | The international financial crisis became the focus of attention of the world. As one of the pillar industries of the national economy, the real estate industry has also been affected seriously. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of Chengdu local real estate development enterprise by the use of strategic management theory. And we try to provide some certain strategic changing models to real estate industry. |
