我国中小企业制度创新研究

文章指出,积极寻求中小企业的制度创新之法,是中小企业发展的当务之急。我国中小企业的制度创新必须以现实的制度安排为基础,对企业的产权制度、分配制度、融资制度和管理制度等方面进行创新,使企业运行科学化,推动中小企业制度与时俱进,满足中小企业长远健康发展的需要。

On the Problems in the Innovation of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China

This paper points out that the urgent affairs to the small and medium-sized enterprises are actively to seek the way on the innovation of system.System innovation should be on the basis of the present system,making innovations on property right system,distribute system,financing system,administer system and other sides to make the corporation runs more regularity,and drive the system of the enterprises going with the time to meet it long and healthy developing.
