| 摘 要： | 供应链融资是解决中小企业融资难题的一种有效方法。供应链融资分为核心企业主导的＂产品供应链融资＂和以物流企业主导的＂物流供应链融资＂两种基本类型,从实际情况看,＂物流供应链融资＂更具有现实的基础。中小企业物流供应链融资模式的运行机理是,在银行与中小企业的信贷结构中,引入物流企业作为中介,改善银行与中小企业之间信息不对称结构,使中小企业获得银行贷款、银行拓展中小企业融资业务、物流企业得到提供融资增值服务的收益,从而实现三方共赢的供应链整体利益最大化。其中,提高物流企业的能力,使其能够成为银行与中小企业双重利益代表,是物流供应链融资模式运行的关键。 |
