| 摘 要： | 文章以流通企业管理信息系统的建设为背景，通过分析当前电子商务环境下流通企业管理信息系统建设的特点及存在的问题，探讨了如何结合面向服务的架构及Web服务进行流通企业信息化建设的战略思想，提出了基于SOA的信息系统战略框架，并以企业服务总线ESB的方式实现企业信息资源的集成，使信息系统更具易用性和可扩展性。
