山东省文化产业发展战略研究

随着经济的发展和社会的进步，山东省的文化产业已经取得了一定的成就，但总体上说还存在市场化程度不高、文化产业总量规模偏小、综合竞争力不强、对经济的贡献率低、发展速度缓慢、文化产业人才不足素质不高、资源的整合利用以及人们的意识形态落后等问题。文章认为，山东省政府应该制定文化产业的发展规划、加快文化资源的整合、优化文化产业结构、深化文化体制改革、构建适应文化产业发展的管理体制和运行机制及加强人才培养，以促进山东省文化产业实现持续健康发展。

On the Strategies of Developing Culture Industry in Shandong Province

With the economic development and social progress, the culture industry of Shandong province has achieved some achievements, but generally speaking, there are still some problems such as marketing oriented is not high; culture industries in the small-scale, less competitive forces, low contribution to the economy rate, slow development, shortage of manpower, low quality of integration of resources utilization and backward ideas. In order to solve these problems, the Shandong provincial government should develop the cultural industry development by planning to accelerate the integration of cultural resources, optimizing the culture industrial structures, deepening of the cultural system, development the management system and operational mechanism that suit to the development of the culture industry, strengthen personnel training.
