| 摘 要： | 失地农民是在我国城市化、现代化进程中形成的一个特殊群体。失地农民群体因受到来自社会政策、社会保障体制、劳动力市场就业、社会关系网络等方面的排斥，而成为新的弱势群体。因此，消除社会排斥、保障失地农民的权益，是建设社会主义和谐社会急需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The land-requisitioned farmer group is formed as a special group in the process of China's urbanization and modernization. The land-requisitioned farmers are so suffered from policy-related exclusion,social security system exclusion,labor-market job exclusion and social relation net exclusion;they now have become a new disadvantage group.Therefore,how to eliminate the social exclusion and ensure their rights and interests is an urgent issue in building the socialist harmonious society. |
