| Abstract: | Scientific and technological progress and innovation is the main driving force of the world＇s economic adjustment and upgrading. Combining the actual situation of Chinese enterprises, this paper makes a research about building enterprise R＆D organization and management under the situation of industrial innovation; and from the R＆D organization-construction requirements, it proceeds to extract the typical type of R＆D organization and proposes measures to strengthen the management of the R＆D organization. |
