| 摘 要： | 我国是一个有着五千年悠久历史的文明古国，几千年的文明史积淀了丰厚的民族传统文化，包含着许多积极的、具有永恒价值的因素。今天，我们站在现代化的角度，对儒家文化尤其是儒家经济伦理思想进行理性分析，并结合我国市场经济发展的需要，对其进行现代性批判与革新，将其结构要素置于现代市场经济伦理要求之下，经现代辩证理性的光照，重放现代光彩，为我国现代化建设服务。

| Abstract: | China has 5000 years glorious history and culture, the Chinese civilization and tradition contain a lot of positive and valuable treasure. In this paper, from the point of modernity, the thoughts of Confucianism economic ethics are analyzed, and its critique and innovation are also studied combined with our country＇s situation. The structure of Confucianism economic ethics is also researched, so as to provide useful suggestions for the modernization of China. |
