中国社会经济形态演进中人的发展

人与特定社会形态浑然一体，人的发展受制于在生产力发展水平基础之上所形成的社会形态。文章认为，在自然经济形态下，经济的发展虽然赋予了劳动者部分人身自由，但中国传统社会制度和伦理道德又无时不在和无处不在地、有形和无形地制约着个体的发展。商品经济的发展，使众多劳动者具有独立的人格地位和劳动力产权，去提升自我素质，并通过提高人力资本价值，促使个体得到了更为全面和自由的发展。在社会主义市场经济条件下，应通过公共支援等方式保障人的生存权利、公平竞争权利、学习权利、创造权利，并且用社会主义制度来保证收入初次分配和收入再分配的调节、提高居民收入比重、遏制城乡差距、完善覆盖城乡居民的全社会保障体系等目标的实现。

Human Development in the Form of Social Economic Evolution in China

Human development is subjected to the society based on the level of productive forces. In the form of natural economy, the economic development has given some freedom to the people. However, under the conditions of Chinese traditional ethics and social systems, there are still many factors that restrain the individual development all the time. As commodity economy develops, many workers have gained independent personality status and labor rights to improve the quality of themselves, as well as increasing the value of human capital, prompting the individual to get a full and free development. In the socialist market economy, we should protect the public＇s right to life, right to fair competition, the right to learn, right to create, and with the socialist system to ensure the initial distribution of income, income redistribution, regulation, improve income weight, curb rural-urban gap, and improve the urban and rural residents of all social security system and other goals.
