基于集群网络组织结构的高新技术产业集群知识创新路径研究

文章基于产业集群、知识管理和知识创新等基本理论，从网络结构的视角，在剖析高新技术产业集群网络组织结构的基础上，研究了高新技术产业集群知识创新的主体、基础机制，并在知识创新动态性特点的前提下，提出了高新技术产业集群知识创新的包括知识找寻与获取、知识传递与扩散、知识引进与共享、知识整合与创新的四阶段路径模型。以知识作为切入点，有针对性的研究高新技术产业集群知识创新的动态过程，以期为高新技术产业集群获取持续竞争优势、提升自主创新能力、加快集群成长提供有意义的理论研究。

Research on Knowledge Innovation Path of High-Tech Industrial Cluster Based on Network Organization Structure

The article firstly studied the knowledge innovation subjects and its basic innovation mechanism from the perspective of industrial cluster network structure after analysis of High-tech industrial cluster network structure based on industrial cluster theory, knowledge management theory andknowledge innovation theory etc. Secondly, the article proposed four-stage path model including knowledge search and access, knowledge transfer imd diffusion, knowledge introduction and sharing and knowledge integration and innovation on this premise that knowledge innovation has the dynamic characteristics. Considering knowledge as an entry point, this article discussed the dynamic process of High-tech industrial cluster in order to provide a meaningful theory research for High-tech industrial cluster to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage and improve the ability of independent innovation and furthermore to speed up its growth speed.
