| 摘 要： | 实现农业现代化是新世纪我国农业的首要目标。我国农业资源禀赋的独特性非同一般,而我国农业现代化所面临的困难也前所未有,拓展新的发展路径势在必行。从我国农业现代化发展进程内外环境因素分析的角度来看,中国现代化农业经济的健康发展在很大程度上取决于制度建设的成效,取决于体制机制的创新与进步。

| Abstract: | The primary objective of agriculture in China is to realize agricultural modernization.China has rich agricultural resources as well as difficulties in agricultureal development.China needs a new path to develop agriculture.From the outer factors in the development process of agricultural modernization in China,to realize the agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics,we should cultivate a healthy environment,build an effective system,and make innovation of the institutional mechanisms. |
