| 摘 要： | 区域产业转移是区域经济发展中的一种客观现象，对于区域经济的协调发展，区域经济格局的优化具有重要意义。目前，江苏省各区域经济差距悬殊，而各区域又面临着不同的国内外发展环境，又进一步拉大了区域间的差距。因此，顺应区域产业转移的客观趋势，加大发达地区向欠发达地区经济扩散的力度，对于江苏省区域经济协调发展，顺利实现。“两个率先”与“富民强省”的目标具有重要意义。
