| 摘 要： | 数字化技术的应用对于企业的生产、管理领域以及其他等各方面都有着深远的影响。文章针对我国当前流程型企业数字化建设中缺乏有效的评估指标体系这一现实问题，通过对比流程型企业与离散型企业的不同之处，探讨了流程型企业的特点，分析了其指标的特殊性，提出了流程型企业的数字化评估指标体系，并采用层次分析法确定指标权重对其评价方法进行了研究。

| Abstract: | The application of digital technology has a far-reaching influence on the enterprises＇ production, management and other fields. Based on the lack of effective evaluate index systems in the building of China＇s digital process-style enterprises, the authors probed the characteristics of process-style enterprises by the comparison between process enterprises and discrete-style enterprises, and then analyzed its index system in order to present a digital evaluate index system of process-style enterprises; and then analyzed its evaluation by using AHP method. |
