| 摘 要： | 农村土地承包经营权入股面临诸多法律障碍,应尽快建立农村社会保障体系和土地开发权制度,放宽对土地承包及承包经营权转让、抵押的限制,赋予集体经济组织外的个人和单位同等的土地承包权,并进一步完善土地承包经营权入股的实施细则.

| Abstract: | The contracted management-right of rural land faces many legal obstacles in the stock management.We should establish the rural social security system and the system of land development rights,relax the limit on land contract and management-right of the contracting to transfer and mortgage,give equal right of contracting land for organizations and individuals’ external collective economies,perfect the implementing rules for contracted management-right in the stock management. |
