| 摘 要： | 党的十八届三中全会使我国改革开放进入新的历史阶段。《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》既反映了改革的根本性质,又反映了现阶段改革面临的新问题,是新阶段全面深化改革的总纲领。党的十八届三中全会实现了一系列有关改革的理论创新和政策突破。就理论创新而言,主要有:经济体制改革、政治体制改革、文化体制改革、社会事业改革和生态文明体制改革等。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee marks China＇s reform and opening up has entered a new stage. ＂Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms＂ not only reflects the fimdamental nature of the reforms, but also reflects new issues in present stage of the reform. It is the total program of comprehensively deepening reforms in the new stage. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee achieved a series of theoretical breakthrough and innovation about reform. In terms of innovation on theory, mainly in the following areas： economic system reform, political system reform, cultural system reform, social system reform and ecological civilization system reform. |
