| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村离不开农村金融体系的支持。文章在对几个农村金融体系比较完善的国家进行考察的基础上，分析了我国农村金融供给体系的现状和存在问题。文章认为，应通过创新需求层次，构建多层次供求均衡的现代农村金融体系；创新信贷供给主体，构建我国开放的、多元化的和多主体竞争的农村金融体系；创新发展思路，应对农村金融供给的“市场失灵”；创新法律和监管制度，优化农村金融商业运作模式和培育信用文化等举措，逐步提高农村金融服务质量和水平，建立现代农村金融制度。
