知识型企业的人力资源战略框架——以知识管理为核心

摘    要:在知识经济背景之下,人力资源战略对知识型企业竞争制胜尤为重要。文章认为,知识型企业的人力资源战略实质上是一个通过以“人”为核心的知识管理构建企业核心能力的过程。知识型人力资源战略就是为了建立和维持企业的竞争优势,企业围绕由人力资本、社会资本和组织资本三者构成的核心能力的创新、整合和固化而建立起来的组织文化、制度流程和结构网络的“战略锥体”,而这本质上是基于人的知识管理的过程。
