用马克思主义引领中国经济学的正确走向——读刘国光先生《经济学新论》所引起的若干思考

刘国光先生的新著《经济学新论》批评了右倾思潮的错误倾向,主张应为坚持社会主义市场经济的正确方向在意识形态领域与其进行思想斗争。刘国光指出,新自由主义主张的完全依靠市场对国民经济进行调节不能保证社会的公正协调发展,必须加强政府管理经济社会的职能,从而对新自由主义思潮的错误倾向予以纠正并对中国经济学加以正确的引导。文章认为,在中国改革与发展的新的关键时期,应以马克思主义理论为指导,并解决好当前的几个重大问题,即重建公有制经济的主体地位,巩固中国特色社会主义的基本经济制度;遏制收入分配不公、社会贫富分化不断扩大的趋势;将经济学领域反错误倾向的斗争进行到底。

To Lead the Economics Properly in China with Marxism——Reading Mr. Liu Guoguang's "New Views on Economics"

Mr. Liu Guoguang＇s new book, ＂New Views on Economics＂ criticized the the tendency of rightist trend error, it advocates that we should adhere to the socialist market economy in the right direction with its ideological struggle in the ideological field. Liu Guoguang pointed out that the neo-liberal advocates of entirely relying on the market to regulate the national economy can not guarantee the coordinated development of social justice, it is needed to strengthen the functions of government management of economic and to correct the error of the new tendency of social liberalism and to guide Chinese Economics properly. This paper considers that, during the key period of reform and development, we should solve the current major issues with the guidance of Marxism theory, which are the reconstruction of the dominant position of public ownership economy, the consolidation of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, make equal distribution of social resources, slow down the social trend of growing rich-poor divide, to lead the economics properly in China.
