文章从社会学的角度分析了失地农民职业适应的内涵、影响因素及其路径。失地农民职业适应包括职业技能适应、职业规范适应、职业人际适应和职业心理适应四个维度。现代教育不足、社会保障缺失和社会排斥是影响失地农民职业适应的主要因素。因此，应为失地农民创造良好的就业环境，提供职业技能培训和以劳动法为主的法律培训，并建立健全失地农民社会保障制度。
