| 摘 要： | 科研重点实验室在产业技术升级中具有提供优秀人才战略储备、技术创新服务平台和解决关键技术瓶颈问题的重要作用,其主要优势是拥有雄厚的人才队伍、扎实的科研基础、较好的研发条件以及学科交叉的优势,但其在推动产业技术升级中也存在很多困难。文章在深入分析的基础之上,从实验室的自身定位、评价机制、人才培养和研究方向与合作机制等方面,提出了促进科研重点实验室推动产业技术升级的建议和意见。

| Abstract: | Key laboratory of scientific research plays an important role of strategic reserve outstanding talents, technological innovation service platform and resolution of key technical bottlenecks in the upgrading of industrial technology, with its main advantages：a strong talent pool, a solid foundation for scientific research, better research conditions and the advantages of inter-disciplines.However, it still has many difficulties in promoting the upgrading of industrial technology.Based on in-depth analysis, this paper raised suggestions and comments to promote industrial technology upgrading from laboratory self-positioning, evaluation mechanisms, personnel training, research and cooperation mechanisms, etc. |
