| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法制定了重庆市休闲体育产业集群竞争力指标调查问卷，利用层次分析法测算出了各个指标所占的权重，并利用GEM模型对基础、企业、市场三个因素对进行了计算，给出了重庆市休闲体育产业集群竞争力的得分。研究表明，重庆市休闲体育产业集群竞争力处于全国中上水平，但应加强人才培养，加速品牌产品的开发，提高服务质量，促进体育协会、社区、企业和政府共同配合，才能提高集群竞争力。
