| 摘 要： | 在我国构建和谐社会的实践中，国有企业所具有的特殊性及其在国计民生中的特殊地位，决定了其必须带头承担社会责任。文章在界定国有企业社会责任内涵的基础上，结合我国国有企业的实际情况，分别从加强法律监管和政府引导、构建国有企业社会责任评价体系、健全国有企业社会责任监督机制以及提高企业对社会责任的认识程度等角度，提出了加强国有企业社会责任建设的对策建议。
