基于低碳经济视角的企业创新文化研究

21世纪是生态文明的世纪。发展低碳经济是建设生态文明的关键之举。当前，扬州正处于工业化和城镇化加速发展的关键时期，加快转变发展方式，大力发展低碳经济，是“发展创新型经济、建设创新型城市”的重要举措。强烈的市场竞争要求企业不断创新，建立低碳文化，塑造低碳品牌。我国是一个在世界上影响巨大的发展中大国，发展低碳经济既是责任也是可持续发展、转变发展方式的难得机遇。笔者认为，扬州要发展创新型经济，建设创新型城市，在新一轮区域竞争中占据一席之地，关键要进一步加大对低碳经济的扶持力度。要营造浓郁的企业创新文化和低碳文化的氛围，低碳的理念不但要体现到生产和管理环节中，而且要纳入企业的文化建设中去。
