| 摘 要： | 推进海峡西岸环三都澳区域发展现代服务业具有十分重要的战略意义。当前，环三都澳区域发展现代服务业还存在着思想观念转变滞后、城乡结构转变滞后、制造业发展方式转变滞后和政府职能转变滞后等方面的障碍。文章指出，要加快环三都澳区域现代服务业发展，其路径选择主要包括夯实市场基础、加强规划引导、放宽市场准入、优化生态基础、健全行业规制等方面。现代服务业事关环三都澳区域发展战略。大力发展现代服务业，必须正确处理若干关系。
