| 摘 要： | 核心能力理论研究的兴起，融合了创新理论、战略管理以及进化经济学等学派的众多观点，提供了分析长期竞争优势的工具。文章基于核心能力提出了区域核心能力的概念框架，并用这一框架对区域核心能力的构建及提升进行了研究。经过理论分析，认为区域创新的发展关键是构成区域核心能力各要素创新的动态过程，是以在技术创新和区位要素创新基础上的产业创新为核心的区域核心能力的形成。
