| 摘 要： | 印度在利用《农业协定》规则特别是农产品市场准入来规避风险方面,有着丰富的经验。本文着重从印度农产品市场准入的承诺、实际执行情况以及政策效果评价等角度进行分析,以期为我国在WTO新一轮多边贸易谈判中吸取教训,并提供可以借鉴的经验。

| Abstract: | Agricultural market access is one of the three pillars of WTO Agreement on Agriculture. At the same time, market access is one of the most effective tools on protecting domestic market during the multilateral trade negotiations between WTO memberships. As one of the WTO initiators, India has many experiences on utilizing WTO rules especially market access to avoid risk. Just under this background, the paper analyzes India's commitment and implementation about market access. Also the policy effects are mentioned in the paper. At last, some advices are given to guide China's new round multilateral trade negotiations. |
