| 摘 要： | 推进国际科技合作是我国扩大对外开放,加快经济发展方式转变的重要路径。当前国际科技合作已形成全方位、多层次、宽领域的格局,发达国家在国际科技合作资源整合中扮演着主导者的角色。近年来我国国际科技合作有较大发展,但还存在一些制约因素,应通过强化政府的主导作用、加强与发展中国家的合作、鼓励科技型企业走出去、强化知识产权保护和运用等策略性措施,推动我国国际科技合作的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years,China's international sci-tech cooperation has achieved great development,but there also have been some constrained factors.The countermeasures,such as strengthening government's leading role,enhancing the cooperation with developing countries,encouraging sci-tech enterprises going abroad,strengthening knowledge property's protection and application,should be adopted to push forward the sustainable development of China's international sci-tech cooperation. |
