| 摘 要： | 南海是我国海洋资源开发的重要基地,有着丰富的石油、天然气、渔业及旅游业等资源。由于南海争议区域涉及到周边国家的多重双边关系,同时还受到美、日等国亚太政策的影响,近年来南海问题已成为亚太地区乃至全球的热点问题。因此,要非常重视研究我国南海开发的管理模式和长效机制,深入分析我国在南海开发中的优势与劣势,构建南海争议区域经济合作开发的新型模式和运行机制。
