| 摘 要： | 本文使用205只基金作为样本,采用2006年度的数据,对中国基金评级的影响因素进行了实证研究。无论是通过因子分析还是回归分析,我们均发现,对基金评级起主要影响的是"经营业绩"、"单位净值"和"单位累计分红"这几个因素,而管理费率、基金份额、机构持有者比例、资产总值等因素起次要的作用。本文的研究结果对基金评级机构和基金投资者都有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Adopting the sample of 205 Chinese funds,using 2006 data, we study the influencing factors of fund rating empirically.The conclusion is that "operating performance","unit net value" and "unit cumulative dividend" play the major roles in fund rating in China.However,management rates,shareholders,proportion of institutional holders and total assets play the secondary roles.The results are significant for Chinese funds rating agencies and fund investors. |
