High level urbanization district’s construction land layout practice——take SZ as example

The purpose of the study is to research Technical methods and work organization for distribution planning of construction land in highly urbanized areas.Method of case study was employed.The results indicate the quantity of construction land was brought under control and met the diverse needs of urban development.Fully in accordance with technical specifications,Quantity control of construction land was linked to increases and decreases and interactive forms of work organization,with the characteristics of highly urbanized areas.It would provide a solid foundation for general land use planning of Shenzhen.
