| 摘 要： | 采用门限面板回归模型实证研究浙江省高校来自政府和企事业单位科技经费对高校科研的影响。结果表明,政府科技拨款和企事业单位委托研发经费对高校科研产出存在门限效应,当政府科技拨款和企事业单位委托研发经费比例高于门限值时,对高校科研都存在显著的促进作用。研究也表明浙江省高校应该进一步加强与企事业单位在科技活动方面的合作。

| Abstract: | This paper empirically demonstrates the impact of S&T investment of government and research funds of enterprises and institutions entrusting to S&T innovation of universities by applying a threshold panel regression model in Zhejiang province.Some useful results were found: the S&T investment of government as well as the research funds of enterprises and institutions entrusting have threshold effect on the universities research output.When the S&T investment of government and the research funds of enterprises and institutions entrusting were higher than the threshold,the universities research output can be remarkable promoted.Research indicates that universities in Zhejiang province should have more cooperated with enterprises and institutions. |
