| 摘 要： | “以市场换技术”政策自实施以来一直受到广泛的关注。本文从政策评判、实施效果不佳的原因和解决方案3个方面归纳了已有的研究成果,并给出了作者的分析,希望对该项政策的完善和未来战略的制定具有一定的借鉴意义。
