Most company groups anticipates that it could achieve series of aims sueh as optimizing capital structure of income and expense, preventing operational risk, and strengthening profit capacity etc through capital centralization management, the method which can effective manage and control the whole capital assets of the group. This paper deepen analyzes the successful case of COSCO, it combines with the practical difficulties faced by capital centralization management, discusses about its main mode and main problems in practice and suggests how to strengthen capital centralization management within company group.
