| 摘 要： | 本文在分析旅游新业态的内涵、分类及其特征和发展趋势的基础上,初步探讨了我国旅游新业态的发展对旅游人才提出的新要求,并针对旅游教育的主体———旅游院校应该如何培养适应旅游新业态大发展的旅游人才提出了相应策略。
