创新边贸合作机制,推进与周边国家边境合作深入发展——以中、越边境贸易为例

我国有陆地边境省份的面积占全国的60%以上,边境贸易是陆地边境省份的区位优势。在W TO、CAFTA等机遇下,边境贸易受到了很大的影响。只有创新边境经贸合作机制才有利于边境贸易的升级发展。本文以条件最好的中、越边境贸易为例,提出了创新边境经贸合作的对策,以双经济特区的方式为切入点,双边共建和谐边境合作带,深入边境经贸合作,目标是要达到无障碍与双赢,以推动我国与周边国家的经贸合作迈上新水平,推进边境地区经济的可持续增长。

Innovating border trade cooperation mechanism and promoting deepening cooperation with boundary countries——take China and Vietnam's border trade as example

There are 9 provinces with land frontier in China,which area is above 60%in our country.The region's development affects the economic sustainable growth of China directly.Frontier trade is the region's advantage,which is affected from WTO and CAFTA greatly.Only its mechanism innovated,it can upgrade and develop deeply.There are best conditions in the frontier trade between China and Vietnam.More new measures can be put forward from researching it.The harmonious frontier cooperation belt,which goal is non-obstacles and win-win,can be built together with the best co-operation way of the bilateral special economic zone between China and Vietnam for promoting it to develop more.
