| Abstract: | At present, financial crimes in our country become increasingly intense, which causes great economical loss, destroy the normal financial order, threatens the healthy development of the finance industry and affects the perfection of the market economy. So it is necessary to study its characteristics and analyse its causes to find feasible counter - measures to prevent and control such kind of crimes. |
