农业科技企业的企业规模与管理复杂性关系的实证分析

农业科技企业的企业规模的扩大使企业经营环境的复杂性不断增加,复杂性管理成为成长企业管理的核心。本文以伊利集团为对象,对企业规模与管理复杂性的关系进行实证研究,运用管理熵理论及层次分析法构建了企业规模管理复杂性评价模型,并测算出该企业规模与管理复杂性呈正相关关系,最后运用管理熵理论和企业成长周期理论解释这种正相关关系背后的本质原因。

Demonstration analysis of the relation between agriculture science and technology enterprise's scale and management complexity

With the expansion of the enterprises scale, the complexity of the business environment is constantly increasing ,and then management complexity becomes the core of enterprise management. This paper,taking Yili Group as an example,researches the relationship between the enterprise scale and the management complexity, based on the basic theories of the management entropy and AHP ,and then constructs the complexity appraisal model of enterprises scale management .At last according to the the basic theories of the management entropy and cycle theory of enterprises' pullulation,this text explains the essential reason of positive correlation relationship between the company scale and its complexity.
