洛阳旅游危机及其防范体系构建

洛阳作为我国著名的国际性旅游城市,旅游业已经成为其经济发展的重要产业,但随着外部环境的变化以及各种旅游危机的频发,洛阳旅游业危机管理日显迫切。文章以旅游危机理论为指导,总结出洛阳旅游危机的五大类型,指出洛阳旅游危机具有的特殊性;并从外部和内部阐述了洛阳旅游危机产生的原因;最后在梳理洛阳旅游危机应对中存在的问题基础上,从危机预警和危机防范两方面提出洛阳旅游危机管理的具体策略建议。

Luoyang tourism crisis and its prevention system construction

As a famous international tourism city in China,luoyang tourism has become the important industry of economic development.But with changes in the external environment and occurrences of various tourism crises,it is urgent to enhance luoyang tourism crisis management.Based on the tourism crisis theory,this thesis summarizes five types of tourism crisis in luoyang,pointing out the particularity of luoyang tourism crises;And then expounds the causes of luoyang tourism crisis from external and internal aspects;Finally based on the existing problems of luoyang tourism crisis response,forwards the specific strategies of luoyang tourism crisis management two from the crisis warning and crisis prevention aspects.
